The Sell More Online text messaging programs are operated by Rocket Search Marketing LLC, doing business as Sell More Online (“Sell More Online,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Mobile Terms of Service describe the text messages you may receive when you separately opt in to one of our SMS programs.
HOW YOU SIGN UP AND WHAT YOU MAY RECEIVE
SMS participation is optional. When you expressly opt in on a lead-magnet or other SMS signup form, you may receive the types of texts described at that point of signup. Depending on the form and consent you give, these may include information about requested training or resources and, if expressly included in the opt-in, promotional messages about Sell More Online services, events, or offers.
If you separately opt in to webinar reminders, you may receive reminders and information about that webinar as described at signup. A webinar-reminder opt-in does not, by itself, enroll you in general marketing texts. Giving us a phone number on a book-a-call application does not, by itself, subscribe you to any SMS program. We do not treat an email subscription or a general request for contact as consent to marketing texts.
By opting in to a particular SMS program, you agree to receive the texts described for that program at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing texts is not required to buy our services or request a consultation.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COST
Message frequency varies depending on the program you join and the messages described at signup. Sell More Online does not charge you for the SMS program, but message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Check with your mobile carrier if you have questions about those charges.
HOW TO STOP TEXTS OR GET HELP
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text from us. You may receive a confirmation that your opt-out was processed. To get help, reply HELP to a text from us or email itsystems@sellmoreonline.io. You may also email us to request that we stop texting you. We will honor opt-out requests as required by law. If you have joined more than one separate SMS program, tell us if you want to stop texts from all of them.
DELIVERY AND CHANGES
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, network availability, and the accuracy of the mobile number you provide. If your number changes, please let us know; do not assume that consent associated with an old number transfers to a new one.
We may update these Mobile Terms or change our SMS program. We will post updated terms with a new “Last updated” date and provide any additional notice required by law. We will not use a reminder-only signup as permission to send unrelated marketing texts.
PRIVACY AND CONTACT
We use your phone number and SMS opt-in information to operate the program you joined, keep records of consent, and process opt-outs. We do not give your SMS opt-in data to unrelated businesses for their own marketing. Our messaging providers and wireless carriers may process information as needed to deliver texts.
